這2天梅雨鋒面過境，苗栗縣明德水庫集水區持續進水，目前有效蓄水量502萬噸，蓄水率40.7％，從5月底迄今進帳逾300萬噸，目前水庫每天供應民生及工業用水約3萬噸，至8月底供水……
